Crochet Elegant Twisted Lace Jar Cover Free Pattern
Materials:
- Light cotton yarn (about 50 grams)

Gauge: 12 stitches and 14 rows = 4 inches in twisted lace pattern.
Abbreviations:
- ch = chain
- sc = single crochet
- dc = double crochet
- tc = triple crochet
- sk = skip
- rep = repeat
- sl st = slip stitch
- sp = space
Instructions:
Base (Common for All Sizes):
- Join yarn with a slip stitch to make a magic ring.
- Round 1: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 11 dc in the ring. Join with a sl st to top of ch-3. (12 dc)
- Round 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around. Join. (24 dc)
- Round 3: Ch 3, *dc in next st, 2 dc in next st; rep from * around. Join. (36 dc)
- Round 4: Ch 3, *dc in next 2 sts, 2 dc in next st; rep from * around. Join. (48 dc)
Body (Customized for Each Size):
Change stitch pattern for the body:
- Small (4") :
Round 1: Ch 3, *tc in next st, sk 1 st; rep from * to end. Join. - Medium (5.5") :
Round 1: Ch 3, *2 dc in next st, sk 1 st; rep from * to end. Join. - Large (8") :
Round 1: Ch 3, *dc in next st, ch 1, sk 1 st; rep from * to end. Join.
Finishing:
- Continue with rounds until you achieve your desired height (approximately 6-8 rounds).
- Last round: *Ch 1, sk 1 st, dc in next st; rep from * and finish with a sl st.
- Cut yarn and weave in ends.
- For added security, you can starch the cover or glue it onto the jar.
