- 2 skeins of bulky weight yarn (approximately 200 yards total)
- Size N/P (10.0 mm) crochet hook

Gauge
8 stitches and 5 rows = 4 inches in twisted stitch pattern
Abbreviations
- ch = chain
- sc = single crochet
- dc = double crochet
- tbl = through the back loop
- sl st = slip stitch
Instructions
- Begin by chaining 45. This will be your foundation chain.
- Row 1: Sc in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across. (44 sc)
- Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), turn, dc in the tbl of next st and each st across. (44 dc)
- Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in first st, *ch 1, skip 1, sc in next st; repeat from * to end. (22 sc, 22 ch-1 spaces)
- Row 4: Ch 2, turn, dc in tbl of each sc and in ch-1 spaces across. (44 dc)
- Repeat Rows 3 and 4 alternately until the scarf measures approximately 60 inches or your desired length.
- Fasten off and weave in all ends securely.
- To finish, seaming the ends together to create a loop for the infinity scarf.
