Finished Size:

Approximately 12 inches wide by 48 inches long.

Abbreviations:

  • ch = chain
  • dc = double crochet
  • sl st = slip stitch
  • tr = treble crochet
  • sp = space

Pattern:

Square Motif (make 6):

  1. Start with a magic ring.
  2. Round 1: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 11 dc in the ring. Join with sl st to top of ch-3. (12 dc total)
  3. Round 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around. Join with sl st to top of ch-3. (24 dc total)
  4. Round 3: Ch 3, (1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) in first st, *skip next st, (1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) in next st* repeat from * to * around. Join with sl st to top of ch-3. (12 sets of {1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc})
