Instructions

Base of the Bag

1. With blue yarn, ch 40.

3. Round 2: Sc around, working 3 sc in each of the 3 corner sts. (90 sts)

Body of the Bag

1. Round 5: Change to blue yarn. Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in next st, ch 1, skip next st, *dc in next 2 sts, ch 1, skip next st; repeat from * around, join with sl st to top of beginning ch 3.
2. Round 6: Ch 3, *dc in ch-1 space, ch 1, skip next st; repeat from * around, join with sl st to top of beginning ch 3.
3. Round 7-15: Repeat Round 6.
4. Round 16: Change to tan yarn. Sc in each st and ch-1 space around.
5. Round 17-20: Sc in each st around.

Handles

1. Fold bag flat to find the center points for handles. Mark approximately 12 sts in the center on both sides with stitch markers (these are where the handles will be placed).
