Materials:

• Bulky weight yarn (approx. 100-200g)
• Size M (9 mm) crochet hook
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Gauge:

8 stitches and 5 rows = 4 inches in single crochet. Adjust yarn and hook as necessary for desired size.

Pattern:

1. Foundation Round: Create a magic ring and make 8 single crochets (sc) into the ring. Pull the tail to close the ring.
2. Round 1: 2 sc into each stitch around (16 sc).
3. Round 2: *1 sc in next stitch, 2 sc in next stitch* repeat around (24 sc).
4. Round 3: *1 sc in next 2 stitches, 2 sc in next stitch* repeat around (32 sc).
5. Rounds 4-7: 1 sc in each stitch around for 4 rounds.
6. Decrease Rounds: 1 sc in next 2 stitches, sc2tog (single crochet 2 together) around for 1 round.
