Instructions:

Body of the Scarf

1. Ch 250 (or any desired length for the scarf).
2. Row 1: In the 2nd ch from hook, work 1 sc, 1 dc in the next ch. Repeat from * to end, turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 1, *sc in dc, dc in sc. Repeat from * across, turn.
4. Repeat Row 2 until the scarf is approximately 8 inches wide, or your desired width.

Fringe

1. Cut strands of yarn about 12 inches long.
2. Group together 2-3 strands and fold them in half.
3. Insert the fold through the edge of the scarf, pull the ends through the loop securely for fringe.
4. Continue adding fringe along both short sides of the scarf.

Finishing

Weave in all ends using the tapestry needle. Block scarf to even out the texture, if desired.
