Textured Ribbed Scarf

Materials
- Yarn: Worsted weight yarn (approximately 200 yards) in a light blue color
- Needles: US size 8 (5 mm) knitting needles

Gauge
20 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in ribbing pattern.
Abbreviations
- k = knit
- p = purl
- st(s) = stitch(es)
- CO = cast on
- BO = bind off
Instructions
- Cast On: CO 30 stitches.
- Row 1: *k2, p2; repeat from * to end of row.
- Row 2: *p2, k2; repeat from * to end of row.
- Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until the scarf measures approximately 60 inches long, or your desired length.
- Bind Off: BO while maintaining the ribbing pattern (k2, p2). Make sure to keep your stitches loose to allow for stretch.
- Finishing: Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail. Use the tapestry needle to weave in all loose ends securely.
