Materials Needed:

• Lightweight yarn ( DK weight, approximately 100 yards)
• 4.0 mm (G) crochet hook
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Abbreviations:

• ch - chain
• sc - single crochet
• dc - double crochet
• sl st - slip stitch
• st - stitch
• tog - together

Beanie Pattern:

1. Ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring.
2. Round 1: Ch 2, 10 dc in ring, join with sl st to top of ch-2 (10 sts).
3. Round 2: Ch 2, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around, join (20 sts).
4. Round 3: Ch 2, *dc in next st, 2 dc in next st*, repeat around, join (30 sts).
5. Rounds 4-7: Ch 2, dc in each st around, join (30 sts each round).
6. Round 8: Ch 2, *dc in next 2 sts, dc2tog*, repeat around, join (20 sts).
7. Round 9: Ch 2, *dc in next st, dc2tog*, repeat around, join (10 sts).
8. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Pull the remaining stitches together and secure. Weave in ends.

Flower Motif:

1. Ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring.
2. Round 1: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 11 dc in ring, join (12 sts).
3. Round 2: Sl st to first dc, ch 3, dc in same st, *ch 2, 2 dc in next st*, repeat around, join (24 sts including chains).

Headband Pattern:
